TRADER BLACKLIST

Brendan Richards (from Australia) - I’ve recently conducted a trade with him in late December 2007 for some Aussie game shows. I’ve mailed my four DVDs to Brendan, his website (which was gone when GeoCities was closed down) said that at the moment, the maximum turnaround time for my tape (in this case, discs) to be prepared and sent to all traders is three months, unless I notify otherwise. It has been WAY longer than three months, and I’ve still haven’t received my discs. On 7/30/08, Brendan apologized for the delay and I’ve re-sent him my request list. I haven’t heard anything from Brendan since I’ve recently e-mailed him back in August 2008. I’ve sent Brendan a message through Facebook early in 2009 about this piece of unfinished business, but his reply wasn’t what I was expecting. If anyone gets in touch with Brendan, tell him I’m not trading with him again until he gets around to sending me his DVDs, if ever.

I don't think Brendan has been doing any further trades with people ever since. If he ever decides to go back into game show trading, someone please remind him of this note.

Justin Vierschilling - I did an 11-hour trade with him back on September 9, 2022 for three episodes of "Deal or No Deal" (from the NBC primetime run), 13 Louie Anderson-hosted episodes of "Family Feud", and two episodes of the 1980-81 syndie version of "Let's Make a Deal". The next day, Justin said he was already uploading my selections, but days later after I've completed my end of the deal...nothing. I asked Justin if he was finished uploading my picks and he said he was busy with school and he'll work on them ASAP. Fast forward to October 5, 2022 when I then asked Justin again for the shows, he replied that he's been so busy lately. On October 25, 2022, I then asked Justin one more time if he had the shows ready to download. Finally, I was provided the link but it was only the 2nd to the 7th taped Louie Anderson-hosted episodes of Family Feud. I then asked Justin if he had any more of my selections coming to which he said yes. It would be over a week since I had last talked to him and still haven't got the link to download the rest of my shows. My trade with Justin was eventually completed in November of 2022.

In the event you're wondering why did I put his name back on the blacklist. Well, apparently, Justin's name recently came up on one of my fellow trader's blacklists. I don't think I ever want to trade with Justin again.

Dat Nguyen - He has asked to send me episodes of game shows, but has never sent me his listings in some form. Oh and sending me a link to a Google Drive folder with files is not the same thing.

Days after I've changed my trading e-mail address, I get what I hoped would be an actual trade request from Dat. Well, I was wrong, it was a link to download an episode. And Dat was upset that his name is on this blacklist and threatened to call the police on me. So, I've had to block his e-mail address and if you get a message from Dat, do the same. Apparently he had also upset the Game Show Tape Trading community on Facebook.
